LC OMS is an order management application provided to LC customers, offering information services for orders, products, inventory, costs, and billing. Through standardized APIs, customers can integrate LC OMS with their ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, or proprietary business systems to enable automated transmission and processing of relevant business data and connect with LC's warehousing and logistics service network.

This application is provided free of charge to all sellers and customers.

The LC OMS application and related API integration capabilities are provided free of charge to LC seller customers. No application usage fee is charged. Other logistics service fees are charged separately based on the services provided.

Core Functionality

LC OMS provides five core capabilities across order management, product and inventory, logistics execution information, cost and billing, and API integration.

    Access information related to warehouse operations and logistics delivery through LC OMS. Provide visibility into order execution from warehouse processing through delivery.

  • Cost & Billing Information

    Access cost and billing information related to customer business through LC OMS. Provide a centralized view of business charges, billing details, and related information.

  • API System Integration

    Integrate LC OMS with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, or proprietary business systems through standardized APIs to enable automated transmission and processing of relevant business data.
